Help In Writing provides academic writing and research support services, including but not limited to:
Writing Services: PhD thesis and synopsis writing, assignment writing, Hindi thesis writing, book writing and publication, and manuscript preparation for SCOPUS journal publication.
Plagiarism and AI Services: Turnitin plagiarism reports, DrillBit plagiarism reports, plagiarism removal, and AI content removal.
Research Support: Data analysis using SPSS, R, or Python, English editing with certificate, and research methodology assistance.
All services are intended to provide academic support and research assistance. The deliverables we provide are meant to serve as reference material, model answers, or research aids for your own academic work.
Ordering and Communication

When placing an order, you must provide accurate and complete information about your requirements, including topic, word count, formatting guidelines, deadline, and any specific instructions from your institution.
We will confirm your order details, pricing, and estimated delivery timeline before commencing work. An order is considered confirmed once you agree to the quoted price and make the required advance payment.
Payment Terms
Advance Payment: We require a partial advance payment before beginning work on your project. The advance amount will be communicated at the time of order confirmation and varies based on the service type and project scope.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the completed work or as agreed upon during the order process. For large projects such as PhD theses, payments may be structured in milestones aligned with chapter-by-chapter delivery.
Payment Methods: We accept payments through UPI, bank transfer, and other methods as communicated during the order process. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
Pricing: Prices are determined based on the service type, complexity, word count, and deadline. Promotional discounts and offers are subject to terms specified at the time of the offer and may be withdrawn at any time.
Delivery and Deadlines
We make every reasonable effort to deliver work within the agreed timeline. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, scope changes, and unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any expected delays as soon as possible.
For PhD thesis projects, delivery follows a chapter-by-chapter model, with each chapter delivered within the agreed timeframe for your review before proceeding to the next.
Revision Policy

Free Revisions: We provide free revisions for changes that fall within the original scope of your order. Revision requests must be communicated clearly and should be based on the original requirements you provided.

Client Responsibilities
As a client, you are responsible for:

Timely Communication: Responding to our queries and providing feedback or approvals within reasonable timeframes to avoid delays in project completion.
Ethical Use: Using our deliverables in accordance with your institution's academic integrity policies. Our work is intended as reference and research support material.
Payment Obligations: Making payments as agreed during the order process. Non-payment or delayed payment may result in delays or suspension of work.
Limitation of Liability
Help In Writing provides academic writing and research support services to the best of our professional ability. However, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes such as grades, publication acceptance, or thesis approval, as these depend on factors beyond our control, including institutional policies, examiner assessments, and journal editorial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Help In Writing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or academic opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel your order before we have commenced work, you are entitled to a full refund of the advance payment.
Cancellation After Work Begins: If you cancel after work has commenced, refund amounts will be determined based on the proportion of work already completed. Work already delivered and approved is non-refundable.
Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the delivered work, we encourage you to use our revision process first. If the work still does not meet the original agreed requirements after revisions, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe through the original payment method or an alternative method as agreed upon.
Confidentiality
