We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions, process, and timelines for refunds and cancellations. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

Order Not Started: If you cancel your order before our team has commenced any work, you are entitled to a full refund of the advance payment made.

Quality Issues: If the delivered work does not meet the original agreed-upon requirements and specifications, and our revision process fails to resolve the issues satisfactorily, you may request a partial or full refund depending on the extent of the shortfall.

Missed Deadline: If we fail to deliver the work within the mutually agreed timeline (excluding delays caused by incomplete information or late feedback from the client), you may be eligible for a partial refund or a discount on the final amount.

Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, the extra amount will be refunded in full upon verification.

Refund Timeline

Once a refund request is approved, we process it as follows:

Review Period: All refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days of submission. We may contact you for additional details or clarification during this period.

Processing Time: Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days of approval. The actual credit to your account may take an additional 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Method: Refunds are processed through the original payment method used for the transaction. If the original method is unavailable, we will arrange an alternative method in consultation with you.

Partial Refunds

In situations where work has already been partially completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the following considerations:

Work Completed: The refund amount will be reduced proportionally based on the percentage of work already completed and delivered to you.

Resources Utilised: Costs incurred for research, data collection, software tools, and writer time that have already been invested in your project will be deducted from the refund amount.

Milestone-Based Projects: For large projects such as PhD theses that follow a chapter-by-chapter delivery model, refunds apply only to chapters or milestones that have not yet been started or delivered.

Cancellation Before Delivery

If you wish to cancel your order before delivery, the following terms apply:

Before Work Begins: Full refund of the advance payment. No cancellation charges apply.

Work in Progress (Less Than 30% Complete): A refund of 70% of the amount paid, with 30% retained to cover research, planning, and writer allocation costs.

Work in Progress (30-70% Complete): A refund of 40% of the amount paid. You will also receive whatever work has been completed up to the point of cancellation.

Work in Progress (More Than 70% Complete): No refund is available at this stage, but you will receive all completed work along with any pending deliverables.

Cancellation After Delivery

Once work has been fully delivered, cancellation is generally not applicable. However, if you are dissatisfied with the delivered work:

Revision First: We strongly encourage you to use our free revision process to address any concerns. We offer unlimited revisions within the original scope of your order to ensure your satisfaction.

Post-Revision Refund: If the work still does not meet the original agreed requirements after reasonable revision attempts, you may submit a refund request. Such requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind about needing the service after work has begun, without any quality or delivery issue on our part.

Incomplete Requirements: If the delivered work does not meet expectations because the original requirements provided by you were incomplete, inaccurate, or unclear.

Third-Party Outcomes: If the work is rejected by a university examiner, journal reviewer, or any other third party for reasons beyond our control, such as institutional policies, subjective assessments, or changes in requirements not communicated to us.

Late Feedback: If delays in delivery were caused by your delayed responses, late feedback, or failure to provide necessary information within agreed timelines.

Approved Milestones: Work that has been reviewed and approved by you at any milestone stage is considered accepted and is non-refundable.

Dispute Resolution

We believe in resolving disputes amicably and fairly. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request:

Step 2 — Escalation: If the issue remains unresolved, you may request an escalation to our senior management team, who will review the matter independently within 5 business days.

Step 3 — Mediation: If the dispute persists after internal escalation, both parties may agree to seek resolution through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Order Details: Your name, order date, service availed, and payment reference or transaction ID.

Reason for Request: A clear description of why you are requesting a refund or cancellation.

Supporting Documents: Any relevant documents, screenshots, or communication that support your request.
